Millstone Subdivision

GREAT NEWS

The Millstone Development, which Phase I was originally developed several years ago, has new life.  The remaining property of this development has been sold and new homes will be coming, hopefully yet this year.  Arbor Homes has purchased the land and plan on developing the remaining lots from Millstone Phase I north to Whiteland Road.  The Whiteland Planning staff is working closely with Arbor Homes to assure development standards are met.  The new phases will adhere to all of the existing covenants and restrictions of Millstone, and the houses will be built on 90 foot lots.

Millstone Subdivision Progress as of November 28, 2016

  • South Sawmill Road has been repaved.
  • All underground utilities have been completed in Section II.
  • Pond Excavation is underway.
  • Curbs and paving have been completed.
  • New home construction will commence this winter.
  • Sections III and IV earth moving is underway.

The Millstone Subdivision project is on schedule.

Millstone Subdivision Progress as of October 17, 2016

  • South Sawmill Road has been repaved.
  • All underground utilities have been completed in Section II.
  • Lime stabilization for the streets will begin on October 18, 2016 (may cause dust in the air).
  • Curbs and paving will follow in the next couple of weeks.
  • Arbor Homes is now selling lots for Spring delivery of new homes.
  • Section III earth moving will get underway after crop harvest.
  • Pond excavation will also be finishied after the crop harvest.

The Millstone Subdivision project is on schedule.
