Important Information Regarding Your E-Bill

If you currently receive an electronic bill we have upgraded our billing system and are still in the process of upgrading our online payment system.  Please see the information below as we work towards completing this conversion.
1. No e-bills were sent in March, all residents are receiving a paper bill.
2. PSN (our current online payment system from our website) is still active and can accept payments – however, it will not show a total or what you owe.
3. Scheduled AUTOPAY will NOT run in March due to this software change – no late charges will apply.
4. PSN will automatically transfer all registered residents to Invoice  Cloud, our new software system, when it becomes available. You will receive an email giving details at a later date. 
5.  Invoice Cloud will show your actual bills, allow you to print your bill from their website, and much more. 
Unfortunately we do not have a hard date for when the switch to Invoice Cloud will be performed. We hope to have it completed before the end of March. We appreciate your patience and are excited for the upgrades in our payment software and the benefits it provides to our residents moving forward.
