This form is to formally request public information from the Town of Whiteland. You can mail, fax, hand deliver, or e-mail this request to us and is subject to Indiana Code I. C. 5-14-3 and Town of Whiteland Ordinance 01-13 regarding coping fees. Approval or Denial shall be in writing subject to the provisions of I. C. 5-14-3.
